About Us
Cheryl Cohen and Associates (CCA)
is a consulting organization specializing in Employee Assistance
Programs. Our independent subcontractors are all licensed clinicians
with Master's degrees and a broad variety of clinical expertise.
Our comprehensive Employee Assistance experience includes policy
development, program implementation, counseling, training,
consultation, critical incident debriefing, mediation and
evaluation.
Since 1979 we have developed and maintained a client population that
includes high tech, retail, public/city governments, health care,
and general businesses.
CCA believes that optimal physical and emotional functioning is a
basic right for all people. Stress and transitions are a normal part
of everyone's life. Even positive life changes require coping and
new adaptive responses. Seeking professional help is not a sign of
weakness but of strength.
